We travelled to Rouen, headquarters of France’s North West Interdepartmental Road Directorate, to meet users of Valtra tractors and Noremat implements.

Øyvind Furulund from Rogne i Øystre Slidre in Norway had both his tractors break down and got no help. Akershus Traktor came to the rescue and within a year he had purchased two Valtras. He uses them to clear snow on the side roads along Highway 51 between Fagernes and Beitostølen.

During the last 18 years Jan Tore Gravdal from Førde i Norway has been expanding his company Gravdal Skog & Hageservice AS into what is now a solid company with more than 20 employees. In September he got his seventh Valtra – the first S Series in the county of Sogn and Fjordane. With it’s 400 HP it chops chips along the steep roads in Western Norway.
